Dear Alphaland Members and Staff:

First, I regret to inform you that Nic Belasco, who has been General Manager of The City Club for many years, has resigned from this position. He has decided to move back to the U.S. for personal and family reasons. We will surely miss Nic!

Second, I am pleased to announce that Martin “Marty” R. Ilagan, will be The City Club’s General Manager effective December 1, 2022.

Marty has been a friend of Alphaland for many years, and has been responsible for many Alphaland publications, including the Balesin: Unique in the World coffee table book. Marty graduated from UST with a degree in Architecture, after attending Ateneo Grade School and High School.

Marty is a well known sports personality in the country, particularly in tennis and golf. Recently, we engaged Marty as Project Director for our golf course at Alphaland Balesin International Gateway in Patnanungan, which we are now building.I am delighted to welcome Marty to the Alphaland family.
