FLIGHT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Flight schedule shown may change due to weather, air traffic congestion or availability of the aircraft. The Club management reserves the right to change or cancel a confirmed flight schedule affected by force majeure (weather, airport closure, etc.)
- The deadline for cancellation is one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled check-in date. If a cancellation is made within this 7-day period, a fee equivalent to the one-way airfare will be applied. However, for cancellations made with more than 7 days’ notice, any member overpayments may be applied to travel expenses across three key locations and will expire on the member’s anniversary date.
- A rebooking fee equivalent to one-way airfare will apply to any changes made within 7 days of the scheduled departure date and time.
- No show fee equivalent to roundtrip airfare will be imposed if a Member or guest misses their confirmed flight schedule. The amount paid will not be refunded.
- Only infants below 24 months are considered free of charge and will be seated on the lap of an adult. Proof of the infant’s date of birth must be presented upon check-in for verification. Allowed number of infants per flight will depend on the aircraft to be used.
- Expectant mothers at 20 weeks or less of their pregnancy are required to present a medical certificate stating that they are fit for air travel. Air travel must be completed within seven days of the date on the medical certificate. They must also fill out the Special-Handling Form ( https://tinyurl.com/45aa7a6d ). Air travel to Balesin Island is not permitted for women after 20 weeks of their pregnancy.
- Baggage allowance for check-in luggage is 10 kilos per person and hand-carried luggage is 5 kilos per person. Any excess will be charged a fee of Php100 per kilogram or a fraction thereof. A maximum weight of 32 kilos for each piece of luggage has been mandated by Internaltional Air Transport Authority (IATA).
- In compliance with Balesin protocols and the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), passengers are required to check-in at least 90 before the Estimated Time of Departure, unless passengers are informed otherwise.
