Membership unlocks exclusive access to all three properties: Balesin Island, Balesin Pines, and Balesin City. Members also receive eight free villa nights (FVN) per year. These FVNs can be used across the three properties, offering flexibility and variety with every visit.

There is no limit to the number of guests members can bring during their stays, allowing them to share the Balesin Key experience with as many family members, friends, and colleagues as possible.

Balesin City (formerly The City Club) occupies a prime position within Makati’s Central Business District.

Balesin Key properties are private, members-only destinations. Access is exclusive to Balesin Key members and their accompanied guests, ensuring a highly curated and private experience for the community.

A single Balesin Key membership provides access to all three properties. There’s no need for separate memberships at each destination.

Monthly dues apply to the entire Balesin Key membership, covering all three properties. A portion of these dues is consumable and can be used at any destination.

Located on Ayala Avenue Extension within walking distance of the Central Business District’s major offices and establishments, it has three floors dedicated to business, leisure, and entertainment. Here, the conveniences of work, home, and social life converge under one roof with state-of-the-art amenities designed for the most discerning lifestyles.

No separate membership is required. A single Balesin Key membership provides full access to Balesin City.

Balesin Key Suites offer seven spacious accommodations, each featuring fully equipped kitchens, comfortable living areas, and sophisticated bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and generous storage. The design draws inspiration from Filipino aesthetics, echoing the warmth and beauty of Balesin Island’s villas while establishing its own standard for urban luxury.

Booking a stay is not required to access Balesin City’s amenities. Members and their dependents can visit by presenting their membership cards, while guests must be accompanied by or endorsed by a member.

Balesin City offers comprehensive facilities spanning fitness, recreation, and wellness. Athletic pursuits include a gym, Pilates studio, martial arts arena, multipurpose indoor sports court, boxing ring, table tennis, and a high-definition virtual golf simulator. Courts are also available for badminton, pickleball, tennis, and squash sessions.

Leisure amenities include a swimming pool with sunbathing deck, children’s pool, indoor playroom, billiard and foosball tables, and a multipurpose dance studio. The Alpha Spa and a hair salon and barber shop complete the wellness offerings.

Non-members may host events such as weddings or conferences when endorsed by a member. A corporate endorsement fee of 10% applies to all non-member bookings.

Balesin Pines is located within Alphaland Baguio Mountain Lodges, which is nine kilometers north of Baguio City on fully paved Ambuklao Road. The property sits just 15 minutes from Baguio City proper and half an hour (17 kilometers) from Loakan Airport.

Balesin Pines represents the newest addition to the Balesin Key portfolio, while Alphaland Baguio Mountain Lodges is a master-planned residential community of luxury lodge-style homes. Both Balesin Key members and lodge homeowners enjoy full access to all amenities within Alphaland Baguio Mountain Lodges, including Balesin Pines.

Balesin Pines features 18 exclusive one-bedroom accommodations: 10 Junior Suites and 8 Deluxe Rooms. Each space has been thoughtfully designed with local and rustic elements that honor the mountain setting, while delivering luxurious comfort and contemporary amenities.
